Eu amo a minha vida!

Esta música de Robin Williams não necessita de muita análise, pois é muito direta.

Nada como uns bons erros na vida para nos acordar para esta realidade. 

Chega de nos martirizarmos por errar, basta de querermos ser perfeitos ou de querer atingir uma perfeição inatingível. Chega de vivermos em tristeza por errar.

Está na hora de nos perdoarmos, de aceitar que erramos. Caímos? Então tentamos de novo!

Que piada teria a vida se acertássemos em tudo à primeira?

Que desafio teríamos? Que lições retirariamos? NADA!

Nothing like a good few mistakes in life for us to wake up to this reality.
No more blaming ourselves by every mistake, no more wanting to be perfect or trying to achieve an unattainable perfection. No more living in sorrow for making a mistake.

It's time to forgive ourselves, to accept that we wronged. If we fall? Then we raise and try again!
How amusing would life be if we always get it right on the first try?
What challenge would we have? What lessons would we learn? NOTHING!

So the quote today is a part of the lyrics of this song and I challenge you that on Sunday by 11:00 am you look yourself in the mirror and say these words out loud:

Artes Conscientes / Arts Awareness #3

Hoje em dia existem muitas pessoas a voltar aos antigos costumes pagãos, não tanto pela famosa forma de adoração politeista, mas muito porque são costumes conhecidos pelas suas formas de liberdade social e amor à Natureza.

E ainda bem que esta consciencia global de amor à Natureza cresce todos os dias!

O paganismo é reconhecido pelas suas várias formas de manifestações terapeuticas, desde os rituais à música e à dança. Mas uma das suas fortes formas de cura são as Runas - mais conhecidas até por se tratar de um antigo alfabeto nórdico/viking e método divinatório.

Julgo que Einar Kvitrafn Selvik, multi-instrumentalista e compositor norueguês tem isto em mente.

Este antigo baterista de uma banda de black metal denominada Gorgoroth, tornou-se o mentor da banda Wardruna.
Os albuns até agora editados fazem parte de um projeto de trilogia chamado ‘Runaljod’ que é uma interpretação musical das 24 runas conhecidas como "futhark".
Para este projeto usam os mais antigos e tradicionais instrumentos nórdicos e as letras são em noruegues, nórdico arcaico ou proto-nórdico. As músicas são gravadas muitas vezes no exterior em locais ou situações que sejam adequadas para cada runa e por isso muitos instrumentos são também o som de vento, árvores, etc.

Na minha opinião é música que compõe uma consciência bem superior e precisa de ser apreciada sem pré-rótulos e expectativas por ser única!

Nowadays there are many people going back to the ancient pagan customs, not so much by the famous form of polytheistic worship, but very much because they are known for their different ways of social freedom and love of nature.

And I'm glad that this global awareness of love of nature grows every day!

Paganism is recognized for its various forms of therapeutic manifestations, from the rituals to music and dance. But one of their strong forms of healing are the runes - more commonly known for being an old Norse/viking alphabet and divinatory method.

I think Einar Kvitrafn Selvik, Norwegian composer and multi-instrumentalist, has this in mind.

This former drummer of a black metal band called Gorgoroth, became the mentor of Wardruna band.
The albums so far edited are part of a trilogy named "Runaljod" which is a musical rendition of the 24 runes known as "futhark".
For this project he uses the oldest and traditional Nordic instruments and the lyrics are in Norwegian, old Norse or Proto-Norse tongue. The songs are recorded in the outdoors in places or circumstances that are appropriate for each rune, and because of that many instruments are also composed by the wind, trees, etc.

In my opinion it's a music that makes up a far superior consciousness and needs to be appreciated without pre-labels and expectations for being unique!

Renascer / Rebirth

Existem dias dos quais não nos esquecemos porque estivemos com alguém especial ou porque foi uma situação pela primeira vez, ou até algo muito caricato, etc.
Todos estes registos nos ficam impregnados na alma quer queiramos quer não. Seja pela positiva ou pela negativa.
Os negativos precisam de ser curados, perdoados, ultrapassados e transmutados, fazendo deles uma aprendizagem do que não queremos para nós, nem na nossa vida, ou porque já não serve o nosso propósito.

E qual é o nosso propósito, a nossa missão? Muitas vezes não sabemos, mas é única.
Cada um de nós tem uma missão especial e um propósito para estar em certo espaço e época. Mas nem sempre sabemos qual é... Podemos andar anos e anos a fio a procurar, perdidos, sem foco e podemos até nunca chegar a perceber. Quando assim é, aquela sensação de vazio por preencher, assim fica!

Quando descobrimos qual é o propósito da nossa vida, o caminho, a nossa missão, tudo ganha uma nova perspectiva!
Falo da minha experiência pessoal, pois apesar de trilhar neste caminho de evolução à vários anos, ontem foi o dia! Finalmente o dia chegou!

28.03.2017 vai ficar para sempre cravado na minha memória como sendo o dia em que tudo se tornou claro, me foi mostrado, tomou forma, delineou no meu espirito e coração a minha missão de vida!

Ontem renasci!

Ainda estou em extase e motivada até mais não para continuar o trabalho que tenho vindo a desenvolver, mas que vou manter em segredo até ser oportuno e estar devidamente preparado!
Fico ainda mais feliz quando vejo que desde o inicio do ano passado, muitas mulheres e homens descobriram e firmaram a sua missão neste mundo!
Espero que também a vossa descoberta tenha sido irradiante!

 There are days that we never forget because we were with someone special or because it was a situation for the first time, or even something very silly, etc. 

All these records are carved in our soul whether we like it or not. Either the positive or the negative.
The negatives need to be healed, forgiven, outdated and transmuted, making them a learning process of what we do not want for us, in our lifetime, or because it no longer serves our purpose.

And what is our purpose, our mission? Many times we don't know, but it is unique.

Each of us has a special mission and purpose to be in  a certain space and time. But we don't always know what it is ... We can go years and years looking for it, lost, without focus and we may never understand why. When that's the case, that feeling of emptiness remains!

When we find out what is the purpose of our life, the way, our mission, everything gains a new perspective!

I speak about my personal experience, because although I've been walking this evolutionary path for several years, yesterday was the day! Finally the day has come!

28.03.2017 will be forever stuck in my memory as being the day that everything became clear, that my life mission was showed to me, took shape, outlined in my spirit and heart!

Yesterday I was reborn!

I'm still in ecstasy and very much motivated to continue the work I have been developing, but I'm going to keep it a secret untill it's appropriate and it's properly prepared.

I'm even more happy when I see that since the beginning of last year, many women and men have discovered and firmed their own mission in this world!

I hope that your discovery was as chipper as mine!

Não sou tua mãe!

Esta semana trago uma revolução em nós! Parece que JLo também tomou esta consciência que se torna cada vez mais urgente e global!

Durante muitas gerações e centenas de anos o papel da mulher na sociedade tem sido reduzido à lida da casa, ao cuidar de filhos e do marido, ao ser fiel e obediente! Sobretudo a não ter vontades!

Chega uma altura em que é preciso aprender e dizer Não!
Basta! Basta! Basta! Este video demonstra bem este grito de Liberdade!


Mulheres, somos mais, muito mais do que isto!

Geramos vida, somos lutadoras, guerreiras, curadoras e benzedeiras. Devemos pensar que tudo o que fazemos é sagrado e gerado em amor! MAS esquecemo-nos de nós para agradar a terceiros! E é isto que deve cessar!
Cuidar de nós, escutarmos o nosso corpo e as nossas necessidades enquanto mulheres. Ouvir o nosso intimo mais profundo e seguir os nossos desejos... Largar sem remorsos e sentimentos de culpa tudo aquilo que já não nos serve ou atrasa a nossa evolução enquanto Seres completos e Unos!

Equinócio da Primavera / Spring Equinox

É já neste dia 20 de Março às 10h29min que ocorre o Equinócio da Primavera no Hemisfério Norte.


Em todo mundo Ocidental se celebra esta época representativa de abundância:

• Na tradição cristã celebra-se a Páscoa, com a ressurreição de Jesus Cristo, mas que muitos acreditam que, de acordo com os textos apócrifos do cristianismo primitivo, se fala de reencarnação. De qualquer das formas celebra-se uma renovação.
• Para os wiccans celebra-se a Deusa Ostara, também conhecida como Eostre (Deusa Anglo-Saxã, que significa Deusa da Aurora) ou Easter (Pascoa, em inglês). Deusas que representam a ressurreição e renascimento e têm como símbolo o coelho.
• Os gauleses celebram o festival Alban Eilir ou a Luz da Terra, que representa cura e regeneração com as bênçãos dos campos e das sementes.
• Na antiga tradição lusitana celebra-se a Deusa Atégina (cujo nome significa renascimento) ou Cernunnos, o Deus da fertilidade e da abundância.

Em resumo, nesta data o tempo do dia e da noite são iguais e estão em equilibrio e os dias vão ficando cada vez maiores. É aberta a nova época de esperança, renascimento e fertilidade.

É o tempo de honrar a fertilidade da Mãe Terra que renasce em flor e abundância. Tempo de adubar os campos e as sementes plantadas, de dar energia aos frutos para que amadureçam de forma saudável.

No plano espiritual é igual. É o tempo de dar energia aos nossos pedidos e desejos, vê-los a serem fertilizados e a florescerem. De pedir muita abundância nas colheitas dos objetivos para os quais tanto trabalhámos.
É tempo de sairmos da penumbra e desfrutar da maravilhosa energia do Sol, ir para a Natureza, pôr os pés na terra, elevar o ânimo e a vibração da nossa alma.

Como sugestão de celebração aqui vai algo simples e simbólico:

Elaborar um altar onde estejam presentes os 4 elementos (água, fogo, ar, terra), flores de cores vibrantes, os vossos pedidos em papel e ovos pintados também de cores vibrantes simbolizando a vossa abundância. Se tiverem cristais disponham-nos da forma que sentirem no centro e junto aos vossos pedidos.

Sair para a Natureza e saborear o que ela nos oferece, usando todos os sentidos. Cheirar as flores, sentir o sol na pele, ouvir o chilrear dos pássaros que se intensifica com a nova estação e agradecer todas as bençãos que vão receber!

Throughout the Western world is celebrated this time of abundance:

• In the Christian tradition is celebrated Easter, with the resurrection of Jesus Christ, but many believe that, according to the apocryphal texts of early Christianity, the correct word is reincarnation. Either way is a renewal.
• The wiccans celebrate the goddess Ostara, also known as Eostre (Anglo-Saxon Goddess, which means goddess of dawn) or Easter. Goddesses that represent the resurrection and rebirth and have the rabbit as symbol.
• The Gauls celebrate Alban Eilir festival or the light of the Earth, which represents healing and regeneration blessing the fields and seeds.
• In the ancient Lusitanian tradition it's the goddess Ataegina (whose name means rebirth) that is celebrated or Cernunnos, the God of fertility and abundance.

In short, on this date the time of day and night are equal and are in balance and the days are getting bigger and bigger. Therefore its the new season of hope, rebirth and fertility.

It's the time to honor the fertility of mother earth that reborn into flowers and abundance. Time to fertilize the fields and the planted seeds, giving energy to the fruits so that they mature in a healthy way.

On the spiritual plane it's just the same. Is the time to give power to our requests and wishes, see them get fertilized and bloom. Ask for abundance in our crop of  the goals for which we worked so hard.
It's time to get out of the shadows and enjoy the wonderful energy of the Sun, go to Nature, put your feet on the ground, lift the spirit and vibrancy of our soul.

As a suggestion for celebration here's something simple and symbolic: 

Prepare an altar where the 4 elements (water, fire, air, Earth) are present, flowers with vibrant colors, your requests on paper and painted eggs symbolizing your abundance. If you have crystals have them disposed in the Center, by your requests, the way you feel it's right.

Go out to nature and enjoy what it offers, using all the senses. Smell the flowers, feel the Sun on your skin, listen to the chirping of the birds that intensifies with the new station and thank all the blessings you will receive!

Porque não começar a rubrica das Artes Conscientes através da música que me inspirou a faze-lo?

Nada melhor, certo?

Apesar de apenas ter 20 aninhos, a Alessia Cara transmite uma mensagem de puro amor...
Na mensagem não existem entrelinhas... muito pelo contrário ela fala-nos da beleza interior que todos temos, que ninguém deve sentir-se diminuído pelo que a sociedade define como padrões de beleza fisicos, pois o Ser Humano é muito mais do que isso!

Fala de nos sentirmos bem conosco mesmo, com o que temos e o que somos.
Fala de gratidão! E é tão importante agradecer todos os dias aquilo que temos, quem somos e a nossa evolução... que nunca nos esqueçamos disso.


Deixo então uma afirmação positiva para fazer todos os dias em frente ao nosso espelho!

Cura do Útero / Womb Healing

O bem-estar e cura do nosso útero é fulcral para o equilibrio do nosso resgate feminino.                  Grande parte dos nossos traumas e situações nefastas ao longo da infancia e adolescência acumulam-se no nosso útero fazendo dele uma prisão do nosso poder pessoal e do nosso poder feminino.                                                                                                    Por isso é tão importante nutrir e cuidar do nosso útero como se tratasse de uma chave mágica para uma vida mais sagrada, para um Eu mais divino. É através da tomada de consciência desta parte do nosso corpo que se revelam muitos dos segredos e sabedorias das nossas anciãs, para as quais estávamos surdas e cegas. 

Segue abaixo uma proposta de meditação de cura ao nosso ventre, para quem se sentir confortável com o inglês.

The well-being and healing of our uterus is fundamental to the balance of our feminine's rescue. 

A large part of our trauma and disastrous situations throughout childhood and adolescence, accumulate in  our uterus making it a prison of our personal power and of our feminine power. 

That's why it's so important to nurture and take care of our wombs as if it is a magic key to a more Holy life, to a more divine Self.

It is through awareness of this part of our body that many of the secrets and wisdom of our ancient mothers and grandmothers are revealed, to which we were deaf and blind.

So here is a meditation proposal to heal our womb.

Raizes Profundas / Deep Roots

Existem muitos momentos da nossa vida em que nos sentimos como um peixe fora do aquário, desenquadrados, com a cabeça no mundo da lua, distraidos e aéreos.

Estes sintomas revelam a falta de raizes profundas que nos liguem à terra. 

Algumas consequências disto passam por falta de concentração, de foco, abundância de pensamentos e preocupações, muitas vezes nefastos. 

A profundidade das nossas raizes é tão importante quanto a ligação à estrela mais brilhante do Universo, por isso o contacto com a Natureza e com a nossa essência primordial é fundamental.

Imaginem que um fio que desce dessa brilhante estrela, atravessa verticalmente o nosso corpo, culmina fortemente no nosso coração e que desce através de grandes e fortes raizes ligando-se ao centro da Terra. 

Não trabalhem apenas a mente, mas também a conexão à Terra. Esta ligação é mais simples de trabalhar quando estamos na Natureza, que tem a capacidade de nos curar o espirito, mesmo sem darmos por isso. Por isso deixo aqui um pequeno video sobre esta maravilhosa conexão.

There are many moments in our lives that we feel like a fish out of the tank, misfit, with our mind in the skies, and distracted.

These symptoms reveal a lack of deep roots that tie us to the Earth. 

Some of it's consequences are lack of concentration, focus, plenty of thoughts and concerns, that are often harmful. 

The depth of our roots is as important as the connection to the brightest star of the universe, so the contact with nature and with our primordial essence is crucial.

Imagine a wire coming down from that shining star, crosses our body vertically, culminates in our hearts and that descends through big and strong roots binding to the center of the Earth. 

Do not work only the mind, but also the connection to Earth. This connection is simpler to work when we're in nature, which has the ability to heal the spirit, even before we know it. So I leave here a little video about this wonderful connection.

Vamos aqui explorar o que as Artes têm para nos transmitir de mensagens divinas, positivas, de crescimento interior e de sagrados masculinos e femininos.

Num mundo em que a consciência divina individual, do EU SOU, está cada vez mais de volta, e é grandemente expressa nas mais variadas formas de arte, vamos analisar desde a poesia, a pinturas, à música e iconografia, nunca esquecendo a 7ª arte.

A análise que vai ser feita, será numa perspetiva muito pessoal, daquilo que é sentido através do tema exposto.

Do pré-histórico ao presente, vamos explorar a sabedoria, o amor e todo o crescimento espiritual que estas formas de expressão têm para nos passar.

We are here to explore what the arts have to tell us about divine and positive messages, of inner growth and about the sacred feminine and masculine.

In a world which the divine individual consciousness, of the I AM, is increasingly back, and is widely expressed in various forms of art, we will analyze them, from poetry to paintings, from music to iconography, never forgetting the 7th art.

The analysis that will be done, will be in a very personal perspective, about what is felt through these arts.

From pre-historical to the present, let's explore the wisdom, love and all the spiritual growth that these forms of expression have to teach us.
