Porque não começar a rubrica das Artes Conscientes através da música que me inspirou a faze-lo?
Nada melhor, certo?
Apesar de apenas ter 20 aninhos, a Alessia Cara transmite uma mensagem de puro amor...
Na mensagem não existem entrelinhas... muito pelo contrário ela fala-nos da beleza interior que todos temos, que ninguém deve sentir-se diminuído pelo que a sociedade define como padrões de beleza fisicos, pois o Ser Humano é muito mais do que isso!
Fala de nos sentirmos bem conosco mesmo, com o que temos e o que somos.
Fala de gratidão! E é tão importante agradecer todos os dias aquilo que temos, quem somos e a nossa evolução... que nunca nos esqueçamos disso.
Deixo então uma afirmação positiva para fazer todos os dias em frente ao nosso espelho!

In this message there are no hidden agenda ... quite the contrary. she tell us about the inner beauty that we all have, that no one should feel diminished by what society defines as physical standards of beauty, because the human being is much more than that!
She talks about feeling good with what we have and what we are. She talks about gratitude! And it's so important to thank every day what we have, who we are and our evolution ... may we never forget that.
I leave here a positive affirmation to do every day in front of the mirror!
